Fiji Airways has again partnered with Tourism Fiji as the official airline partner for the Fijian Tourism Expo (FTE) 2017 May 4-5. All of Tourism Fiji’s hosted international buyers to be flown to Fiji on Fiji Airways.

Among the delegates being flown in by Fiji Airways are wholesalers, travel and media representatives from North America, the UK, Europe, China, Australia and New Zealand, as well as those from the emerging markets of Singapore and India.

Tourism Fiji chief executive officer Matthew Stoeckel said: “As in past FTEs, Fiji Airways has always been a key and strategic partner, and I’m delighted to see the national airline providing support again in 2017.”

A record 160 international buyers and travel trade media have registered to participate in FTE 2017, with some 103 exhibitors from Fiji’s tourism industry.

Fiji Airways executive general manager for Sales and Marketing Andrew Stanbury said: “We’re pleased to again be a supporter of the 2017 FTE as the official airline of this major tourism event in Fiji’s calendar.”
