Telecom Fiji Limited has announced the arrival of its latest product Cloud IP-PABX. With this new product, TFL will now be able to deliver a number of features to its business customers through the state-of-art capabilities offered by its Cloud IP-PABX.

These advantages, coupled with the future-proof architecture that the solution is built on, will positively affect the bottom line for its customers.

“We are excited to offer Hosted PABX solution to our customers,” said Mothilal De Silva, CEO of Telecom Fiji.

“Having the ability to provide our customers with a scalable product that can grow

with their evolving business needs, while offering a first-class customer experience, sets Telecom

Fiji apart from the competition.

“We provide a full opex-model, making it easier for customers from cash flow perspective, while giving our customers the flexibility to choose the number of extensions and features they want enabled at minimal incremental cost.”

First customer deployed with Cloud IP-PABX

“CDP Courier service Limited was the first customer with Cloud IP-PABX.

“We needed an advanced communication solution with the flexibility to expand with our growing business requirements,” Rajnil Singh, Director of CDP commented.

“With our large volume of cus-tomer calls coming in and multiple simultaneous inter-office calls, the system had to be robust and scalable.

We partnered with Telecom Fiji to deploy their Cloud IP-PABX solution, which gave us exactly what we needed in terms of capability for

smooth and seamless communication.”

“Furthermore, Telecom Fiji bundled the solution with their high speed broadband service at all the branches and fiber-optic connectivity to our head office to facilitate and support the entire solution.” Mr. Singh added.
