Brett Hooker, General Manager Westpac Fiji congratulated the Fiji Institute of Accountants organisers and all those who had made it possible for 45 years now.
“It is a milestone, and as we mark 45 years of the FIA congress – and 200 years of Westpac – it reminds us of the importance of building long term relationships, the need to constantly adapt to environmental and changing conditions, and the need to manage our risks well with a long term view,” ” he said.
He added that, we live in a time where technology is resulting in the fastest and most constant change ever seen.
“It’s those who adapt and embrace it, who will be successful,” said Mr Hooker.
Westpac had been a major sponsor for more than 13 years.
