Super Rugby Road Show

Rugby fans in the west will have a chance to purchase tickets for the Super Rugby clash between Chiefs and the Crusaders which will be held on May 19 at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
To prevent fans from travelling all the way to Suva to buy tickets, the Fiji Sports Council will be conducting a Ticket Road Show in the west which starts today.
The road show will start in Sigatoka today (9am-5pm) before moving to Nadi tomorrow (8am-5pm) and Lautoka on Saturday (8am-3pm), and fans can purchase their tickets from the Jacks Handicraft shops in the west.
Fiji Sports Council chief executive officer Litiana Loabuka said they are expecting sales to increase during the road show and will also provide opportunities to fans in the North.
“To facilitate recent requests from western division, the Road Show will take place and we are pleased to advise that it will be this week,” Loabuka said.
“Your eagerness makes us anticipate western fans to #StandUp and buy their tickets early; so get ready everyone, we will see you from tomorrow (today) in your towns.
“The road show will start in Sigatoka tomorrow (today), tickets will be available at the Jacks outlets on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
“Thursday will be in Sigatoka, Friday in Nadi and Saturday in Lautoka.
“We encourage fans to go to the Jacks outlets and buy your tickets from there.
“We will make arrangements to have the same delivered to those in the North.
“We will gauge from the sales on the demand to repeat this, otherwise this is the planned roadshow for the period.”
Loabuka has also warned ticket holders to not breach the conditions printed on the back of the ticket.
The Chiefs and Crusaders teams will get into the country on Tuesday next week and there is a legacy programme set up for players where they will be visiting schools and hospitals but details on which schools is to be finalised.
Loabuka also mentioned that all team merchandise will be purchased from the Fiji Sports Council office on May 5.
