Coastal Drives The Fiji International

Fiji’s Coastal Rental Cars have signed on as the Official Car Partner for the 2017 Fiji International to be played from August 17 to 20.
As well as providing transport for the professional golfers during tournament week, Coastal Rental Cars have also committed to providing a fleet for Fiji International staff year round.
It’s a major boost for the tournament who will now have the means to travel further across Fiji in an effort to build on the strong community relations put in place over the last three years.
“Being a fully owned local company we are proud to be associated with an international event amongst other international franchises. This is a proud moment as we look forward to reaching more audience both locally and internationally,” Operations Manager for Coastal Rental Cars Ltd Sigatoka, Jeral Sharma.
Coastal Rental Cars will also lend the ‘Give Golf a Go’ Road Show and Schools Programme vehicles to help spread the junior participation message of golf across the island.
“Having Coastal Rental Cars support the Fiji International is a crucial step forward in the logistics of running the tournament,” Director of Commercial for the Fiji International Matt Porm said.
“We’ve got a lot of international guests and competitors, and now we’ve got the means to get them where they need to be during the week of golf.”
Porm continued to say Coastal Rental Cars generosity will help the tournament grow outside of the ropes as well.
“With an entire fleet of vehicles at our disposal for the next 12 months, we’ve got a fantastic opportunity to expand our footprint in Fiji and further assist the community in growing the game and building relationships between the people of Fiji and the Fiji International.”
