Any team can win the Vodafone Fiji FACT 2017 tournament, says a local coach.

Speaking to SUNsports yesterday, JIL Dreketi football coach Johan Leewai said they cannot separate the big teams from the smaller ones.

“It’s a tournament where we cannot afford to look down at some teams or players,” he said.

Leewai said they are ready for their pool opener against neighbours Labasa at 5.30pm tomorrow.

“We’ve about eighteen to twenty players that will represent us in the first week of competition. We want them to work together as the team as this was something that was lacking. The players are now in Labasa for training.”

Leewai said they are going to take each game at a time.

“Anything can happen in this tournament and we will not underestimate any of our opponents.” The Leewai coached-side leave Labasa today for Nausori.
