Tuwai’s Olympic Jersey For  London Museum

The jersey worn by Vodafone Fijian 7s halfback Seremaia Tuwai during the gold medal win at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil is now going to be kept at the Twickenham Museum in London. On Friday, the Vodafone Fijian 7s team visited the museum where Tuwai presented the jersey to Phil McGowan.

Team Fiji men rugby sevens side won was the country’s first ever Olympic medal.

 

RAVOUVOU CALLS FOR SUPPORT

On the eve of the London Sevens, Vodafone Fijian 7s playmaker Vatemo Ravouvou called on their fans to back them up.

The Yasawa native also urged Fijians living in London to be at Twickenham to cheer them on.

The Vodafone Fijians are currently in third spot of the 2016/17 World Sevens Series and stand a good chance of finishing at second place.
