Namosi Claim Second Spot

The Namosi rugby team have moved to second place on the Skipper Cup Premiership points table after an impressive bonus point win over Suva last Saturday.

The Koli Sewabu coached- Naitasiri side remain unbeaten and maintain their lead in the competition with 15 points.

Defending champions Nadroga and Suva both have 9 points and are in the third and fourth position respectively with the points gained so far separating the two. In the Under-20 competition, Nadroga maintain their lead while Namosi follows closely behind in second place with 12 points.

Meanwhile, in the Vodafone Vanua Challenge, Lautoka still lead the Western Pool in the Senior Division while Rewa remain at the top of the table in the Central Eastern Northern Pool.

In the U20 competition, Lautoka and Ovalau lead the points table in the Western and Central Eastern Northern Pool respectively.

The fourth round of the Skipper Cup Premiership competition and the Vodafone Vanua Challenge will continue this Saturday.
