V alue City Ltd opened its 14th shop on Taveuni Island in the Northern Division yesterday.

The shop is located at the old Courts building in Naqara.

Value City marketing and public relations officer Monica Chute said they were pleased to extend their clothing business to the Garden Island of Fiji.

“As a company we are proud of bringing the best quality clothes with affordable prices,” Ms Chute said.

“Our aim is to provide the people of Fiji with high quality fashionable clothing along with shoes, bags, linen, accessories, books and toys among other bric-a-brac at affordable price.

“You never know what bargain you could find in our store at any time and hence I encourage people of Taveuni to shop with us.

“I think it is safe to say, yes, we are very happy to reach out to interiors of Vanua Levu to offer our services,” she said.

Value City Ltd was founded in Labasa in 1990 by Alick Patrick and George Chute Doonan from Australia.

It is now one of the largest  retailers of quality secondhand  clothing in Fiji, mainly from Melbourne Australia.
