Upgrade For Nadi Hospital Women’s Ward
The Nadi Hospital women’s ward will see a change in bathroom and convenience amenities thanks to the Nadi Bula Festival Trust.
$9000 was donated by the trust to upgrade the facility.
Nadi Hospital board chairperson Mohammed Israr Khan said: “The Bula Festival has been a partner with Nadi Hospital for so long and they have been donating funds based on the various reasons they raised funds.
“The board at the same time has projects and we let the Bula Festival know and then they provide to fund the projects.”
Bula Festival president Leone Naivalu thanked its co-sponsors and Digicel Fiji for making it happen for them.
“This is an annual agreement we have done with the hospital so depending on our revenue on annual basis we identify projects and fund it as well,” he said.
The trust is also looking at doing the same for the men’s ward.
