About 100 skydivers including instructors from Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Europe are taking part in the inaugural Cloudbreak Boogie 2017 at Plantation Island Resort on Malolo Lailai in the Mamanucas.

According to Skydive Sydney director, Phil Onis, the scenery and excitement was the reason for bringing the event here.

“It cost us $100,000 to bring the event over,” he said. Mr Onis said they could bring the event once again in the coming years.
