New TripAdivsor Ranking puts it No1. of Fiji’s 29th.

Warwick Fiji’s signature seafood restaurant Wicked Walu has claimed top status on the popular social media review site TripAdvisor.

Wicked Walu recently claimed the coveted No 1 ranking of all restaurants in Fiji.

Warwick Fiji General Manager Brad Downton said: “TripAdvisor is an important social media review site and we know a number of our guests research TripAdvisor for recommendations for restaurants and resorts.

“Wicked Walu has always been a unique dining experience in Fiji and this recognition by the travelling community is a reward for the team who strive for excellence every day.”

The recognition of being number one of 294 ranked restaurants in Fiji is an outstanding accolade, he added.

In addition to Wicked Walu, Warwick Fiji has two other signature restaurants for its local and international guests.

Sazanami Japanese restaurant, with its two teppan grills, is where charismatic chefs flamboyantly display their skills and offer an interactive dining experience. The intimate Pappagallo Italian restaurant brings its beautiful views over the resort’s lagoon.

About Wicked Walu

The adults’ only restaurant is located on its own island surrounded by beautiful coral and plenty of fish for the diners to see. Dining in the restaurant with its sand floor and locally carved ceilings is a special experience.

Reef sharks also come out while guest are dining and in the shallow waters there is a chance to see sea snakes and the star fish which is just an amazing experience.

“I don’t think there is anywhere else in Fiji, where you can dine out over the water and have reef sharks swimming underneath you” Mr Downton added.
