There’s a new menu at Sitar Indian and Thai Restaurant and it’s available at their new complex in Korotogo.

Head Chef Rafikul Sohel said: “Our new menu showcases authentic Indian cuisine, rich in taste and aroma that will delight all the senses.”

Chef Sohel said their chefs have learnt the art of cooking which has been practised in India for many generations.

“We used high quality, fresh ingredients, and a myriad of carefully sourced Indian and subcontinent spices, to create the unique Sitar flavours,” he said.

“We can cater to every palate from mild to roaring hot and we look forward to preparing your meal.”

There are now six operations under Sitar Restaurants (Fiji) Group. The chain started in 2009 and its parent company is based in Brisbane, Australia.
