The Lautoka football side focuses on starting afresh in the Vodafone Premier League against Dreketi Churchill Park on Sunday.

The Blues bowed out early in the pool stages of the 2017 Vodafone Fijian FACT which ended on Sunday at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori.

“Dreketi is not an easy team to play against as they proved themselves during the Vodafone Fiji FACT.  I know they will come prepared on Sunday,” Lautoka Football president Abdul Kadar said.

“We respect them and we will also do our part.

“Most of our players have fulltime employment so sometimes it’s hard for them to train together.”

Bolstering the Lautoka side are national reps Beniamino Mateinaqara, Kolinio Sivoki, Osea Vakatalesau and Ilaitia Tuilau.

“All our players are injury-free and we do not have major concern in the team,” Kadar added.
