Totoya Holds Thanksgiving Service For Funds Raised

The Totoya Fundraising committee doubled their fundraising target in their recent get together in Suva.
$32,000 was fundraised over the course of the two-day event the past week. The initial target was $15,000.
This was confirmed by Roko Sau (Paramount chief of Totoya, Lau), Roko Josefa Cinavilakeba during the church service at Centenary Methodist Church yesterday.
Roko Josefa said the money will be channelled to the Totoya Holding Limited where it would drive development on the island and for its people.
Roko Josefa acknowledged the overwhelming support.
“We are thankful for all the support not only from here but from those living abroad as well.”
Totoya Day next year has been confirmed and will be held once again on June 22 and 23.
