This will be for all motor vehicle accidents under the new Compensation Act. The scheme will provide the victims of motor vehicle accidents of either receiving compensation or pursuing their claims through legal proceedings.

This no fault scheme will replace the current third party insurance scheme.

A budget of $1.0 million has been injected into the setup of the Commission.
