Preparation Going Well, Says Rainima
Preparations are going well for our 2017 Miss World Fiji representative, Nanise Rainima.
Ms Rainima said the support from her family, friends and the locals have been immense.
“I will be heading to Singapore first in late October before heading to China in November,” she said.
Right now she is getting all her costumes done with local designers and building her knowledge on the event itself, as well her talent.
Since her crowning last month (June 10th), Ms Rainima has been overwhelmed by the invitation to go to schools and various organisations.
“The local support has been great with comments on my social media page and affirmative words have been encouraging for me,” she said.
The Miss World 2017 will be held at the end of this year in Shenzhen, China.
Fiji first entered the event in 2004 and was represented by Aishwarya Sukhdeo.
