Bank of Baroda users can now enjoy easier and faster banking services through four new products that will be launched tonight.

The launch coincides with the bank’s 110th Foundation Day

Bank of Baroda Fiji had been in operation since the 5th of July 1961.  The first branch was located at Mark Street in Suva.

A statement from the bank said that they’d survived many challenges over the years.

The Bank remains positive as it awaits the letter of approval from the Reserve Bank of Fiji today.

 

Below are some of the features of the new products:

Features of M-Passbook:

View the balances of all your accounts Real-time

View transactions up to 12 months

Download your statement by just a touch of a button

 

How to register:

The app can be easily downloaded from Play Store (Android) or Apple Store

Enter your mobile number and click ‘Submit’

Enter the registration code received

Set your four digit PIN

 

Features of M-Connect+:

All accounts can be viewed

Funds can be easily transferred to self-linked or third party accounts with BOB

Account Statement can be sent to your e-mail

You can request for your cheque book

Location for an ATM or Branch will be provided

 

How to Register:

Submit a simple application at the main branch

Download the app in any store (Google Play Store or Apple Store)

Enter the confirmation code

Set your password with four digits

Enter the PIN on your mobile

Set your own PIN to be used for transactions done through M-Connect+

Features of RF21 through ATMS

This can be used in any Bank of Baroda Fiji ATMs

Insert your ATM Card and enter PIN

Select RFI option on the Screen

Enter the Beneficiary Number

Check the Rate

Continue then select ‘OKAY’

 

How to register:

Visit the main branch

Register your Beneficiary Account(s) (India Account/s)

The Beneficiary Accounts will be shown in the ATM

 

Features of RF21 through e-Banking:

Login to your e-Banking

Select ‘Transfer’

Register Beneficiary account

Select ‘Make Payment’

Select ‘Beneficiary Account’

Enter INR amount

Select ‘Purpose of Remittance’

Click ‘Pay’

Check the details of the Payee

Then confirm payment
