Suspects Released In Cases Of Alleged Juvenile Sexual Assaults

Suspects have been questioned and released in relation to three separate cases of alleged sexual assaults involving students of Kadavu.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed that the suspects were released and their investigation files would be forwarded to the Divisional Crime Officer Southern for further action.

There were three complainants and six suspects in the alleged cases reported.

The three separate cases of sexual assaults occurred in a school which involved juveniles.

One of the cases allegedly occurred between 2015 and 2016 while the other two are alleged to have occurred this year.

The suspects were questioned and released the same day last week.
