Noqu Portal: FEA’s New e-Billing Platform

Fiji Electricity Authority launched a new e-billing system yesterday called “Noqu Portal”.
The system will help customers view their billing information online.
“We’ve already upgraded our billing system that is to benefit our customers, also we have upgraded the payment side for customers to make electricity payments on e-commerce platform,” said scting chief executive officer Bobby Naimawi.
“So what we’ve done now is to move a step further and introduce this e-portal,” he added.
The new system is designed to save their customers time and money when it comes to picking their bills at the postal office or calling up FEA.
“They can view the portal and look at the information such as their overdue account, its due date and any information regarding their account. They don’t have to come to FEA. That’s the biggest advantage of this e-portal,” said Mr Naimawi.
In order to access the e-billing platform, customers have to register.
“So the e-portal is very simple they just have to register online, go into that e-portal that is created just register via the establishment of an email and their electricity account,” said Mr Namawi.
“Remember this particular portal is only for electricity account holders. You must have an electricity account,” he reiterated.
Customers can register and use the e-portal to view their billing information from today.
