$120K For Rewa Galaxy Kaji Rugby

The Fijian Primary Schools Kaji Rugby Association received $120,000 from the Fiji Dairy Limited.
The 2017 Rewa Galaxy Kaji Rugby was launched yesterday.
19 teams will be taking part in the competition on August 14-17 at a venue to be decided.
Fiji Dairy Limited operations manager Hardik Patel was grateful for the opportunity to sponsor the tournament.
“This year will see over 3000 players taking part in the climax of the Fiji Primary Schools Rugby calendar,” Patel said.

“CJ Patel & Group with Fiji Dairy Limited have been sponsoring this tournament for three years in our initiative to develop rugby at the grassroots level.
“We believe Rewa Galaxy Kaji Rugby has achieved its mission in developing and exposing the raw talent of our children.
“We would like to provide continuous support to the Fiji Rugby Union in years to come and work together to take the tournament to new high. I would like to urge the parents and supporters of the teams to come out in numbers to support them.”
Fiji Rugby Union academy coach and former Flying Fijians hooker Viliame Gadolo expressed his gratitude to Fiji Dairy Limited for their support.
“FRU statistics show over 30,000 took part in the Kaji Rugby competition over the years,” Gadolo said.
“They further progressed into high school, provincial and then the national team.
“The FRU and the High Performance Unit are grateful to CJ Patel & Group and Fiji Rewa Dairy Limited for the generous support in sponsoring the Rewa Galaxy Kaji Rugby.”
