Trade Talks with Korean Ambassador

wide range of trade opportunities were discussed during a meeting between the Nadi Chamber of Commerce and Industry board members and the Korean Ambassador Kim Seong-in.

Nadi Chamber of Commerce and Industry President, Dr Ram Raju said it was an opportune time to meet the stakeholders in terms of trade boost.

Dr Raju said: “We shared our knowledge and expertise and suggested areas of cooperation namely building structures, construction, solar power, biomass/green energy, CCTV surveillance system to name a few.”

Mr Seong-in invited chamber members to attend the Korean Film Festival opening which will take place at the Life Cinemas on August 16.

The Festival will continue in Suva from August 23-25.

Dr Raju has encouraged the members of the chamber to take part in the film festival and also contact the Korean Embassy in Suva for to further discuss trade opportunities.
