Ratu Kadavulevu School rugby teams have conquered the first obstacles by qualifying for the semifinals of all six grades of the 2017 Coke Zero Deans Trophy competition.

And they will create history if all the teams reached the finals when the dust settles at the ANZ Stadium on Saturday.

The focus is on the Under-18 team when they take on Western Zone champions Cuvu College at 2:30pm.

RKS principal Peni Senikarawa anticipates an exciting encounter.

“All our six teams are ready for the semifinals,” Senikarawa said.

“It is a great achievement for the school and our aim is to make it to the finals which we know is a great challenge.”

Meanwhile, Cuvu College principal, Navneet Mishra is optimistic the school would create history this year.

“We are looking forward to the challenge.  We respect RKS and hope the best team wins.”
