Customer satisfaction was the focus yesterday as Courts Fiji Limited Nakasi staff launched their two-day Courts/Philips mega carnival sale.

There were displays of Philips appliances.

Director of marketing Anil Senewiratne said it was the first Philips mega sale for their Nakasi branch.

“What’s important is to make our customers happy, and this will benefit them.

“Saturday and Sunday is always a good day for our customers because most of them are free to shop. We thought this will be good and easy for them.”

There was a big crowd at the carnival and products were displayed in different section.

“For the benefits of our customers, we will do our mega sale at least once in every two months,” said Mr Seniwiratne.

Meanwhile, Courts Fiji Limited are also celebrating their Bedding Month which was launched last week.

“This is the only month of the year when we focus mainly on beds.”

There are eight different types of beds that are in store and in every branch there is a “bed doctor” who specialises in bed. He will guide the customers on the type of bed that will suit them based on their daily routine, said Mr Seniwiratne.

“A good and relaxed sleep is very important to all Fijians.”

He added that there has been a tremendous response from their customers and after this month, Courts Fiji Limited will focus on its Diwali sale launch.

The Courts/ Philips mega carnival sale at Nakasi ends today.
