Amalfi Italian Restaurant is the only authentic Italian restaurant found in the country. The restaurant boasts of the Amalfi Bar – it is considered a work of art.

The designers used mostly natural materials such as stone, and wood and this definitely contributed to the overall look.

In terms of design and architecture, the restaurant combines modern European influences into a contemporary look.

Restaurant manager Salen Narayan said during its construction the materials were handpicked and imported from Italy, to give the restaurant the real Italian atmosphere.

“The stone is very beautiful, textured and has unique material that defines Italian interior design style.

That’s why we choose to decorate the interior of our restaurant with this type of décor,” Mr Narayan said.

As many have noticed, this is a very unique and attractive environment.

“The hanging lights are an unusually unique concept, which has come together very well with the brick giving Amalfi a very warm feel.”

Mr Narayan added the owners and management always ensure a possibility of visiting Italy without moving from their current location at the Denarau Marina.

This is a must ‘stop and try’ place since 2008.

The inside décor includes the open shelve wine cabinets which gives a strong display of the wines.
There is also an open air seating where guests can enjoy their meals as well.
