Mr Senewiratne said the carnival coinciding with the Courts national bedding month makes it all the reason for customers to drop by.
“This is something new and different for the people of west to witness and enjoy. We had launched the national bedding month in August and will conclude on September 3,” Mr Senewiratne said.
“It is very important to live a healthy life-style and that you have a good rest. Healthy eating and good life style produces a healthy nation,” he said.
“To add on to that we also have Sportsworld coming in with their gym equipment so it is actually a good night sleep, regular exercise and eating healthy to make it apart of everyday’s peoples life”.
Mr Senewiratne added that at the moment there has been a rise in the non-communicable disease crisis which is from one third of the population to two thirds in Fiji.
Productivity
“That also affects the productivity of people. If there is no healthy nation then there is less productivity in the country. The only thing that we want from the people is their willingness to have a healthy lifestyle,” he said.
“We have the furniture, appliances, equipment, we have a wide variety for customers to choose from.”
He added that there has a been tremendous response from the customers.
