An 82-year-old man charged for the alleged rape of three under aged girls will be taking his plea on September 13.
Solomone Daunakamakama appeared before Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe at the Suva High Court yesterday.
State counsel Susan Serukai filed and served amended information and defence counsel Namrita Mishra asked the court for time to advise her client of his plea.
It is alleged that Daunakamakama between May 1, 2016 and March 31, 2017 at Naqiriqiri Settlement allegedly raped three girls who were under the age of 13 years.
The case has been adjourned to September 13, for plea.
