We Can Do It, Says Tough Centre

Fiji Airways Drua centre Eroni Vasiteri believes they can put on a sterling performance against NSW Country Eagles in the Australian National Rugby Championship (NRC) at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka, on Saturday.
The Nasaucoko, Navosa, native has been the kingpin of the Drua backline in the two rounds of competition.
“The last game we had so many weaknesses and we have to learn from it, there is a lot of work to do,” said Vasiteri.
“There are a lot of things I have learned especially when I was with the Flying Fijians before joining the Fiji Drua side.
“There is a huge competition in the team for a spot to play this Saturday and the boys have really prepared themselves well.”
He said they need to score more points and not to play catch up rugby.
“From the first game I learnt a lot of things there were a errors in our defence and attack.
“Some of these players are playing in Super Rugby and they will be bringing in their experience and we have to be ready for that.”
Vasiteri has called on all rugby fans to be come out in numbers to cheer them on.”
The match kicks-off at 3pm.
