Coffee Bean Opens In Nabua

From teaching to owning a coffee shop, Romita Singh said it has always been her passion and not a dream to own a coffee shop.
Yesterday was the official opening of her ‘Coffee Bean’ outlet at the Charan Jeath Singh Nabua Complex.
Ms Singh said she was always into doing more than just teaching.
It was an investment of over $100,000.
“We wanted to make it classy so customers can feel at home while enjoying their coffee,” said Ms Singh.
It is her first business in town and they will serve pastries, a full day breakfast menu and a blackboard menu.
The business provides four jobs, two chefs and two baristas.
The former school teacher said the coffee shop was her idea and her husband has been the backbone for her business.
“He supported my ideas and he did not stop me from my plans.”
Ms Singh said for now their opening hours will be from 7am till 6pm and they will move on to closing at 9pm when the business gets busy.
She also has plans to expanding her business to her hometown in Nadi once the Nabua business runs well.
