After a successful celebration in Labasa, the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Band is going to continue their 100th Anniversary Celebrations in Lautoka.

The RFMF Band is marking its establishment from 1917, and since then have developed into a world class Brass Band.

The band awed the crowd in Labasa last month and are now determined to enthrall the Sugar City.

The culmination of these celebrations will be in Suva in December. Six overseas military bands will join the local bands (the RFMF Brass Band, the Fiji Police Band and the National Youth Band) to celebrate a spectacular Military Tattoo which will be a first for Fiji.

The western division celebrations is scheduled to commence in Lautoka from Wednesday to Friday.
