A 65-year-old man charged for the rape of a six-year-old boy has been further remanded by Suva High Court.
Ponirite Koli appeared before Judge Justice Riyaaz Hamza yesterday.
The trial date is fixed from November 6 to November 10, this year.
State lawyer Wakesa Elo applied for a name suppression for the victim and has also applied for a closed court session when the victim is giving evidence.
The alleged incident occurred on December 20, last year.
The case has been adjourned to October 30, for pre-trial conference.
