Titans visit St Christopher’s Home

Nasinu Titans Under-20 and senior teams took time out from training as they prepare for the Vodafone Inter-Zone final against Nadi Aviators at Lawaqa Park today.
The Vula Dakuitoga-coached side visited orphans at St Christopher’s Home in Nakasi on Wednesday.
“It was a great experience and an emotional moment for them as well,”Dakuitoga said.
“Seeing the children smile was a blessing for us.”
Dakuitoga anticipates another exciting battle with the defending champs today.
“We have beaten them once during the pool game and this is our second game. We respect Nadi Aviators who have been champions for two years.
“They are good team and they are looking forward to defend their title again. But we have a mission to accomplish,” he added.
The winner plays Papua New Guinea champions Lae Snax Tigers in February.
The U20 final is at 11am and the seniors play at 1pm. The women’s final between the Nadroga Knights and Lautoka Crusade kick off at 10am.
