Future Farms Limited, trading as Rooster Poultry, scooped top key awards at the c on Quality at the Fiji National University Namaka Campus, Nadi, yesterday.
Its team, Kakushim, made up of Lavenia Ranadi, Tareek Jamil, Taina Dau and Sunil Kumar took home the Gold Award.
In the individual category, Shaad Ansari was named the Quality Circle facilitator of the year.

He added there has been an in-house project undertaken for some years and opted to roll it out at the event.

“This has been possible through our people. We have our own ISO procedures in place but QC give us the competitive edge to allow us to continue grow in productivity.”
The competition was overseen by the Department of Quality Awards at FNU’s National Training and Productivity Centre (NTPC).
