Brown Returns To Face Drua

Former Suva rugby captain and national 7s prop James Brown is Sydney Rays kingpin against the Fiji Airways Drua in this Saturday’s crucial National Rugby Championship clash at the ANZ Stadium, Suva.
Last Saturday Brown played at No.8 when Rays scored an upset 44-31 win over defending NRC champions Perth Spirit.
Also making a name with the Rays, is another rookie Fijian winger Rokobaleibau Buaserau who ran in two brilliant tries in the win in Perth.
The Rays who are placed eighth on the points table have no chance of making it to the top 4 but however, they have managed to find their winning form late into the competition.
Drua head coach Senirusi Seruvakula said they’ve no choice but to win against Sydney Rays.
“Our chance now is playing against the Sydney Rays in Suva and we need to win that match,” he said.
“Our objective is to win and win well so we can maintain our spot in the top four.”
Seruvakula pointed out that discipline is the main area they are going to work on before Saturday.
