iTaukei Affairs Receive Prestigious Award
First recipient of the Commitment to Business Excellence, the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs has recognised the work of its officer’s right around the country when they received the prestigious award.
Permanent Secretary for iTaukei Affairs, Naipote Katonitabua said he was most grateful to his team given that this was only their second year in the competition.
“We have been working hard throughout the last year especially after we received an award last year.
“Our team is a dynamic one and they have all worked so hard to get things going in serving the people in the rural areas, the urban and the maritime areas.” Mr Katonitabua said.
Mr Katonitabua said they would work harder to win another award in the next year.
“This is a huge motivation for us at the ministry. To know that their hard work has been recognised is something that will definitely motivate us to work even harder.” he said.
