Mindpearl Recognised For E-commerce Excellence

Suva based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Company Mindpearl is a shining example of the reach a locally based company can achieve globally through the use of innovative e-commerce platforms.
The company provides contact centre services to some of the global iconic brands such as American Airlines,
Malaysia Airlines, Lufthansa, Swiss & Brussels Airlines and DHL, putting Fiji’s name amongst the top BPO nations in the world.
It was this drive, ethos and achievement of Mindpearl that was rewarded during the Prime Minister’s International Business Awards as it won the Excellence in E-Commerce Award.
Proudly supported by Vodafone, the Excellence in E-Commerce Award recognises a company who through its innovative e-commerce channels has been able to market its products beyond our traditional partners.
Be it innovative website or social media sites, the Award is presented to a company who could not be deterred with Fiji’s distant location from major trading hubs such as Asia and Europe in marketing its products and services.
“Mindpearl has incorporated 24/7, omni-channel and social media services in a broad range of languages including English, German, Spanish, French and amp; Dutch from our Fiji location. Our solutions are tailored to our clients’ needs therefore each application lends further innovative opportunities to effectively manage and service customers.
“Furthermore, it includes pre-emptive strategies to minimise risk and collateral for both our clients and their customers,” said the general manager of the company, Ingo Schulz.
Mindpearl was one of the first companies to take advantage of Government initiated tax free zone in Kalabu and established its contact centre with merely 20 employees.
The Centre has leveraged on Fiji’s well educated and English speaking workforce and fast internet connectivity; now employs in excess of 1,000 Fijians on a fulltime basis. Mindpearl exports its service to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, South East Asia, Latin America and the United Arab Emirates.

The chief executive of Investment Fiji, Godo Mueller- Teut congratulated Mindpearl for its achievement.
