‘Terminator’ Gets into Groove of Enchanting Fijian hospitality

The Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger danced to the tune of the Fiji Police Band in Bonn, Germany.
Then he tasted for the first time the Fijian national drink, yaqona (kava).
Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama was at his side to give him support.
Mr Schwarzenegger, the former Governor of California, set the Fijian Pavilion alight when he danced with a Police band member Constable Titilia Koroitacina in the traditional taralala. Later he was joined on the dance floor by Mr Bainimarama and other COP23 officials. He sampled the Fijian hospitality and his body language indicated he loved it.
Mr Schwarzenegger was the flavour of the day at the Fijian Pavilion and was an instant hit with the Fijians, particularly members of the Police band.
Mr Schwarzenegger took active part in discussions on health and local government
Earlier he had pledged that no one would need to put their innovation on hold relating to climate change due to lack of funds.
He pledged his support to those wanting to make a difference in saving the future of humanity.
Mr Schwarzenegger also shared some words about the role municipalities or local governments need to play to make a difference. He explained that instead of waiting for the Federal Government of the United States of America to make laws to safeguard the environment, the State of California took it upon itself to make a difference.

He also made special mention of the ground breaking work done by Governor Brown when he (Schwarzenegger) was Governor of California in the 1980s.
Mr Schwarzenegger said his achievement in making California the first state to implement laws regarding the environment was based on the ground work done by Mr Brown.
Mr Brown is currently the Governor of California and is also Mr Bainimarama’s special envoy from America to COP23.
