Asco Motors will provide transportation for the Queen’s baton relay around Viti Levu on Monday and Tuesday.

The next destination before the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast. Australia in April is Samoa.

The baton was launched at Buckingham Palace on March 13 and made its first visit to the African territories before coming to the Pacific.

Asco Motors chief executive Craig Sims said they were grateful to partner with the Fiji Association of Sports and National Olympic Committee.

“We are extremely proud to provide four vehicles and get behind Team Fiji for the Commonwealth Games Queens’s baton relay.

FASANOC president Joe Rodan Senior acknowledged Asco Motors for their support.

“We are thankful to Asco Motors for their support allowing us to be part of the Queen’s baton relay after 11 years,” Rodan said.
