Namosi Ready For Debut

The 12 Namosi athletes aim to do their province proud in their first outing at the 2017 FMF Chow Games which starts today at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
The athletes are in high spirits for the two -day competition.
Coach Savenaca Laveti said their aim was to do their best.
“We will be participating in the 400, 800 and 1500 metres and the 12 athletes are excited to do their best,” he said.
“The athletes are all from Namosi Catholic Primary School and are good long distance runners.”
Laveti said they organised time trials in the school to select their best athletes.
“We calling on all Namosi supporters to come out in numbers and support these young athletes,”he said.
