The Fiji Meteorological Services has confirmed that they had not issued any Tropical Cyclone warning.

This is after a post went viral on social media that a Tropical Cyclone was expected to hit Fiji on Thursday.

Acting Fiji Meteorological Services Director, Viliame Vereivalu however said that a trough of low pressure with associated cloud and showers remained slow moving over the North and Eastern parts of Fiji. He added it would gradually weaken as it moved Eastwards away from Fiji.
