RC Manubhai opened their second shop in Lautoka.

The investment which cost over $5 million was opened by Lautoka City Council chief executive officer, Jone Nakauvadra.

In opening the newest addition to their chain of stores, Mr Nakauvadra congratulated the company for contributing to the rising investment popularity of Fiji’s second city.

“The company has invested over $5million dollars in this project which testifies their commitment and confidence in the Sugar City as well as the nation as a whole,” Mr Nakauvadra said.

“With over four decades of trading under their belt, R C Manubhai & Co Ltd today is considered to be the best in providing high quality products with service second to none making the company ‘The Most Trusted Name in Hardware’.”

Mr Nakauvadra said the new shop has added finess to the city and was a indeed a welcome sight.

“People of Lautoka, we are indeed fortunate that this new shop will no doubt give us more choices for building materials,” he said.

“This shop has also given a much needed facelift to this place. Most of us can vividly remember that this place was for so many years housing a run down neglected building which was an eyesore for most of us.”

People flocked to the new shop and took advantage of the new items on sale.

The new shop is located opposite the Food Haven restaurant and is in the same line as the Immaculate Conception Catholic church and has an expansive range of hardware, electrical, office and home furniture.
