Charan Jeath Opens His Nabua Supermarket

Charan Jeath Singh opened his second supermarket yesterday at his new complex in Nabua.
It was a double celebration for him and his wife Dr Swaran Nandita Singh as they were also celebrating their 31st anniversary yesterday.
Mr Singh said after two long years of building the complex, “we finally managed to get it done.”
“We are looking forward for the customers to come.”
Dr Singh while talking to the Fiji Sun said there has been a lot of commitments and sacrifices done by the family.
“It requires a lot of dedication and time,” she said.
“Our daughters are now on board with the business and are helping their father and they are of a good help to him.
“It another exciting day for us and we thank God for whatever happens, it happens for a good reason.”
The supermarket currently provides 70 new jobs and more to come, said Dr Singh.
They will also open a bakery at the supermarket soon.
“We are going slowly and steady, and we don’t want to rush into things,” she said.
The complex is over 85 per cent operational with just few more outlets left to open.
Dr Singh also said that next month they are expecting a dentist from America.
“He will be coming and going and he specialises in cosmetic dental surgeries which also includes implanting.”
Other plans:
Dr Singh said they are working towards expanding their original businesses in Labasa and also to open another supermarket at Nakasi.
