New players in the Fiji Airways Fijian 7s team are all set for another sterling performance as they target to win this weekend’s Cape Town Sevens in South Africa.
After finishing fourth at the 2017/18 World Sevens Series opener in Dubai, the Seremaia Tuwai-captained side have worked on their defence with coach Gareth Baber.
As they’ve settled in, players to watch are winger and rugby league convert Eroni Sau, rookie forward Apenisa Cakaubalavu on his ball hunting skills, John Stewart on his ability to turn defence into attack and tough soldier Paula Dranisinukula.
The Fiji Airways Fijians are ready to face Wales, Canada and Samoa in the pool games.
