“Helping Build Communities”, is a philosophy that Carpenters Finance strives to uphold in all their business activities.

Yesterday, the company opened its new business centre in Valelevu.

This is its 11th business centre established in the country.

The opening of the centre was an event that the Carpenters Finance family looked forward to.

“The opening of this centre was for the ease of the customers.

“In Valelevu, we are quite optimistic and we want to reach out to the communities,” said Carpenters Finance director Alok Kumar Mishra.

Next year, the company will also start their mobile financing unit whereby financial services will be brought to the doorsteps of those in the villages.

The centre will be open from Monday to Saturday, operating from 8am to 6pm.

There will be four staff including a cashier.

Mr Mishra said customers can have access to the company’s services such as credit facilities for hire purchase, Bill of Sales, retail cards, trade accounts and credit reports and references.
