The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has unveiled its new staff uniforms ushering in a new era for corporate governance, work standardisation and increased professionalism.

And what better way to launch these uniforms than on the eve of Christmas celebrations and the dawning of the New Year.

The new uniforms bring with it a new sense of belonging and ownership among staff members and instill a new lease of life into employees’ morale, workmanship and better service delivery.

LTA board chairperson Vijay Maharaj said the new uniforms bring a new sense of togetherness and unity within the organisation.

“We want to deliver better service and what better way with our new set of corporate uniforms which instills to our employee a new level of corporate governance, culture and professionalism,” he said.

“This is also part and parcel of our endeavor to improve our corporate image with a view to improving our business to provide and promote public safety on our roads.”

Each staff member received three corporate uniforms and will also receive their Bula outfit soon.
