Police have warned members of the public to refrain from throwing water on moving vehicles.
The warning comes after Police received numerous complaints of children and youths throwing plastic bags of water at vehicles on the highway.
Police Chief Operation Officer ACP Rusiate Tudravu said the act of throwing plastic water bags have angered some motorists, one incident resulted in the motorist taking matters into his own hands.
“As we try to urge parents and guardians to monitor the issue we also request members of the public to refrain from taking matters into their own hands out of frustration,” he said.
