InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa is pleased to welcome professional Mixologist Quynh Nguyen who will reside at the resort for the next three months to showcase his expertise and creativity.

Mr Quynh has nine years of extensive bar and lounge experience across Dubai, Singapore and Australia, which will lift the already great service and bar experience at Natadola Bay to a whole new level worthy of a large international city.

Mr Quynh will be based in Kama Lounge, overlooking the beautiful white sands of Fiji’s best beach.

He will be responsible for implementing the new bar experience across all three restaurants and two bars as well as Club InterContinental.

His recent work has been at “Fred’s” and “Charlie Parkers” in Sydney where both venues have been featured prominently as the best bars and restaurants in Sydney, Australia.

His achievements

Fred’s was recently voted Delicious Magazine’s NSW #1 best restaurant.

Charlie Parker’s was recognised as the Best Sustainable Programme at the Australian Bartender Magazine Bar Awards.
