Jack’s Fiji handed over $10,000 worth of jerseys to the seven of the eight participating teams of the Skipper Provincial Rugby 10s tournament which gets underway at Bidesi Park, Suva today.

Receiving the sporting kits on behalf of the teams yesterday was Fiji Rugby Union chief executive officer John O’Connor who acknowledged Jack’s Fiji for coming on board in the eleventh hour.

“Despite the short notice they have come on board and sponsored the seven teams with 15 jerseys,” he said.

Jack’s Fiji public relations officer Biu Tadranu said they were delighted to be part of the provincial 10s competition.

“Jack’s Fiji is honoured to be part of the competition. This is the first time for us to come on board and we are honoured to be part of the event.

“Jack’s Fiji for the past years has been supporting development in the country and will continue to do so. As a local company we have Fiji and rugby at heart.

“We have shown our commitment in the past.”
