Naqelekula Divisional Bible School in Savusavu yesterday received kitchen utensils from the Government worth more than $3,000.

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama handed over the utensils.

Reverend Sekaia Siwata said the utensils would really help the students.

“We are happy with the help that has been provided to us. This is not the first time the Government has helped us. We also have received sewing machines from the Ministry of Women,” Reverend Siwata said.

“There are six divisions in Cakaudrove that looks after the school. This would boost the confidence of the students that attend the school.”

The school roll comprises of 15 students between the ages of 16 to 25 years old.

It is a two-year theological training program whereby the students are then required to further their studies at the Davuilevu Theological College.
