Seen as another sign of investor confidence, the Pullman Nadi Bay Resort and Spa being developed by Gokal Group of Companies is nearing completion.

The new Pullman project represents a strategic opportunity to drive our future economic growth, and will employ 300 staff once operational.

Located on the Nadi Bay beachfront, the resort will offer guests a premier location just a short drive from the Nadi International Airport.

Gokal Group general manager Vikesh Gokal said: “The Pullman Nadi Bay Resort & Spa is nearing completion now, with the final services being installed, and the final fit out and furnishing ongoing.

“The Pullman brand belongs to Accor Hotels which will manage the resort once it opens to guests.

“The opening of the resort will be in the second half of 2018.

“The resort has undergone some changes in its size and scale over the construction period, with extra facilities added to provide a better guest experience once the resort opens.”

The five star resort is right opposite the Nadi Airport Golf Course.

The resort investment has been taken up to the next level by tying in the Accor Group, a leading pre-eminent hotel operator and market leader in Europe, to manage the property. The partnership sees the introduction of the “Pullman” brand to Fiji adding an upscale hotel to support and drive our tourism industry further.

The Gokal Group of Companies have a diversified business portfolio and are the pioneers of duty-free trade in Fiji.

They are involved in retail, wholesale, property development and already own and operate the Suva Peninsula Hotel.

Accor is one of the leading hotel operators in Asia Pacific and Fiji.

The resort now comprises:

Four restaurants

Three bars

Two swimming pools (family      and adults only)

490 square metres Function  Hall
